Cinta de carrocero Tesa NOPI 50 m x 19 mm – cinta de carrocero para bordes limpios

Tesa NOPI masking tape 50 m x 19 mm is a narrow painter’s tape engineered to produce clean paint edges and protect adjacent surfaces during painting and renovation. The tape features a paper backing and a pressure-sensitive adhesive formulated for temporary fixation on painted walls, wood, metal and glass. It is easy to apply along edges and corners and removes cleanly when used according to recommended conditions, making it suitable for both DIY and professional painting tasks.

Advantages

This painter’s masking tape delivers precise edging thanks to its narrow 19 mm width and stable paper backing that conforms to surfaces without excessive stretching. The adhesive provides reliable temporary adhesion to a variety of substrates while allowing residue-free removal after typical drying times. The 50 m roll length reduces the need for frequent replacements on larger jobs and supports consistent application across multiple surfaces.

Suitable for

• Creating sharp paint lines on walls, trim and mouldings
• Masking windows, glass panes and metal fittings during painting
• Protecting wooden surfaces and furniture edges during renovation
• Temporary fixation of lightweight materials during interior preparation

Key specifications

• Length: 50 metres
• Width: 19 millimetres
• Backing material: crepe/paper
• Adhesive type: pressure-sensitive, removable
• Suitable substrates: painted walls, wood, metal, glass

How to use

Ensure surfaces are clean, dry and free of dust or grease before applying the tape. Unroll the tape and press it down firmly along the edge or joint you want to protect, smoothing out any bubbles or wrinkles for a tight seal. Apply paint in one or more coats as required. Remove the tape after the paint becomes touch-dry or according to the paint manufacturer’s guidance by pulling the tape back on itself at a low angle to minimize edge lifting. For best results, avoid leaving the tape in place for extended periods on freshly painted surfaces beyond recommended dwell times.

Recommendations

Use at room temperature and avoid application on very fresh paint or highly textured surfaces if residue-free removal is required. Test a small area when working with sensitive substrates or new paint formulations. Store the roll in a dry environment away from direct sunlight to preserve adhesive performance.
