How to use

Drill or locate an appropriately sized hole in the mounting surface. Align the fir tree clip with the hole and push it in until the barbed shank engages and the head sits flush or slightly proud of the surface. To fasten cables or plates, position the component over the clip and secure as required. For removal, pull gently while wiggling to disengage the barbs, or access from the rear if possible.

Recommendations

Use the fir tree clip in holes that match the clip's dimensions to ensure secure retention. Avoid overloading the clip with heavy loads; it is intended for light fastening and cable management. For outdoor or chemically aggressive environments, verify nylon suitability before prolonged exposure.
