How to use

Prepare the cable by stripping the outer jacket to the length indicated by the cable manager. Arrange the conductors according to the required wiring standard and insert them into the cable manager. Slide the bend protection boot and then the RJ45 plug onto the conductors until the contacts seat fully. Crimp the plug with a suitable RJ45 crimping tool and push the strain relief into place to secure the cable. Verify continuity and correct wiring with a cable tester.

Recommendations

Use a compatible crimping tool and test each terminated cable. Avoid excessive bending near the connector and ensure correct conductor order before crimping. For best performance, use this set with 24 AWG shielded twisted-pair cables and maintain shield continuity where required.
