How to use

Attach the universal clamp to a suitable desk edge and tighten until the CopySwinger 4 is stable. Insert the letter trays in the desired orientation — lengthways or crossways — according to available desk space and document format. Use the trays to sort and store documents for easy access during copying, scanning or everyday filing tasks.

Recommendations

Place the CopySwinger 4 within arm’s reach of the copier or workstation to streamline document handling. Avoid overloading individual trays beyond their capacity to maintain stability and ease of access.
