Adjust the chair height using the gas lift lever until your feet are comfortably grounded. Set the armrest height and lateral position to support your forearms and wrists. Use the recline mechanism to find a comfortable backrest angle between 90° and 160° for upright work or relaxed reclining. Verify caster wheels are suitable for your floor surface and roll the chair as needed.

Recommendations

For prolonged comfort, alternate between upright and reclined positions, adjust the height so hips are slightly above knees, and keep forearms supported by the armrests. Choose fabric upholstery for greater breathability in warm environments and leatherette for easier cleaning.
