Suitable for

• Scoring and snapping ceramic wall tiles
• Cutting porcelain tiles with straight cuts
• Indoor floor tile installations requiring repeatable straight cuts
• Professional tilers and construction contractors performing site work

Key specifications

• Cut type: straight scoring and breaking
• Material compatibility: ceramic and porcelain tiles
• Cutting system: guiding rail with sliding carriage and replaceable cutting wheel
• Operation: manual (no electrical power required)
• Design: portable, rigid frame for stable cutting

How to use

Place the tile on the cutter bed aligned with the rail and adjust the guide to the desired measurement. Score the tile once with steady pressure by running the cutting wheel along the guide from one edge to the other. After scoring, apply controlled pressure to snap the tile along the scored line using the breaker mechanism or leverage points provided on the cutter. Replace the cutting wheel when scoring becomes less effective to restore clean scoring performance.

Recommendations

For best results, use the tile cutter on a clean, level surface and support large tiles at both ends to prevent cracking. Match the cutting wheel type and condition to the tile material, score each tile with a single continuous pass when possible, and inspect the rail and carriage periodically for debris and wear. Store the tool in a dry place to preserve components and ensure consistent cutting quality.
