sigel Form Book Bonbuch 105 x 200 mm in pink is a compact self-copying notebook with 360 pages designed to produce immediate duplicates of handwritten notes, forms or receipts without using a copier. The narrow 105 x 200 mm format fits into bags and pockets for mobile use. Each sheet creates an instant copy beneath the original, enabling simultaneous record-keeping of originals and duplicates for deliveries, signatures, service reports and small transactions.

Its compact size and durable binding make it suitable for fieldwork and on-the-spot documentation. The consistent layout and colour-coded cover simplify identification and archiving of used books.

Suitable for

• Delivery notes and proof of delivery
• Sales receipts and small invoices
• Service and maintenance reports completed on site
• Signatures and acknowledgement forms
• Mobile record-keeping for field staff

Key specifications

• Format: 105 x 200 mm compact size
• Pages: 360 pages (180 double sheets providing originals and copies)
• Copying type: self-copying carbonless paper for instant duplicates
• Cover colour: pink for easy visual identification
• Binding: sewn or glued binding designed for frequent handling

How to use

Write on the top sheet with a ballpoint pen or similar instrument using moderate pressure; the carbonless layers underneath will transfer the writing to the copy sheet. Tear out the completed set along the perforation if present, and keep the duplicate for your records while handing over the original to the customer. Store the book flat or upright to avoid bending the sheets and to preserve copy quality over time.

Recommendations

For best results use a medium-point ballpoint pen and apply consistent pressure. Keep unused books in a dry environment away from direct sunlight to maintain the carbonless paper’s sensitivity. If you require numbered forms or customised layout, check for compatible variants or ask for preprinted options from the supplier.
