How to use

Hold the knife by the ergonomic handle with the blade pointing away from your body. Extend the blade to the required length using the slider or mechanism incorporated in the handle. For a fresh cutting edge, snap off the used segment along the predefined groove using pliers or the knife's integrated snapper, ensuring the blade is supported and hands are clear of the break point. Retract the blade when not in use and store the knife in a safe place. Follow standard safety practices, including cutting on a stable surface and away from fingers and other body parts.

Recommendations

Use the Utility Knife Stanley 1-10-018 for controlled cuts on packaging, sheet materials and flexible flooring. Replace or snap blade segments regularly to keep cuts clean and reduce force required. Wear cut-resistant gloves for heavy-duty or repetitive cutting and dispose of used blade segments in a designated sharps container or wrapped container to avoid injury.
