Dahua Technology WizSense SD22404DB-GNY Cámara de vigilancia IP domo para exterior 2560 x 1440 píxeles Techo/Pared/Mástil

The Dahua Technology WizSense SD22404DB-GNY is an outdoor IP security camera in a dome form factor that delivers 4 MP (2560 x 1440) resolution at up to 25/30 fps. Designed for small- to medium-sized scenes, it combines a 1/2.8" CMOS sensor, 4x optical zoom (16x digital zoom), accurate pan and tilt control and long-range detection capabilities. The camera supports PoE, wired Ethernet connectivity and is rated IP66 and IK10 for outdoor protection.

Advantages

This WizSense model integrates Dahua Starlight image processing for clear color video in low-light conditions, PFA focusing technology for faster and more accurate focus during zooming, and deep-learning-based Face Detection to capture and select optimal face snapshots. Smart H.265+ and Smart H.264+ encoding reduce storage and transmission costs while maintaining video quality. The unit also includes SMD 3.0, 6000V lightning protection and robust mechanical protection for outdoor use.

Suitable for (tasks / use cases)

• Perimeter and outdoor area surveillance
• Parking lots and driveway monitoring
• Entrance and access control observation with face detection
• Small- to medium-sized commercial or residential sites

How to use

Mount the dome camera on a ceiling, wall or pole using appropriate fasteners and weatherproof cabling. Connect the camera to a PoE-capable switch or inject power separately and attach to the wired Ethernet network. Configure basic settings (resolution, frame rate, encoding) and enable features such as Face Detection, SMD 3.0 and smart encoding via the Dahua configuration interface or compatible VMS. Adjust pan, tilt and zoom to frame the desired area and perform focus calibration if required.

Recommendations

For best results place the camera where its optical zoom range covers the target area without excessive digital zoom, keep the lens clean for optimal Starlight performance, and use PoE for simpler installation. Regularly verify firmware and enable smart encoding to optimize storage and bandwidth.
