Disco de corte diamantado segmentado 350 mm para cortar hormigón y mampostería, modelo E-550-0350

Segmented diamond blade 350 mm for cutting concrete and masonry, model E-550-0350 is a circular cutting blade with a 350 mm diameter designed for straight, fast cuts in hard construction materials. The blade features a segmented rim that promotes efficient removal of cutting debris and improved air flow for cooling during intensive cutting operations. It is compatible with a range of handheld and walk‑behind saws commonly used on construction sites, including angle grinders and petrol or electric concrete saws, and is intended for use on concrete, reinforced concrete, brickwork and similar masonry.

Advantages

The segmented rim design reduces overheating and prevents clogging of the cutting edge, which helps maintain cutting speed and prolongs the blade life under heavy load. The blade’s construction balances durability and cutting performance to deliver consistent, straight cuts in dense materials. Its 350 mm diameter provides a compromise between cutting depth and portability for site use, and the segments allow faster material removal compared with continuous rims when working in abrasive or mixed-content materials.

Suitable for

• Cutting concrete and reinforced concrete
• Cutting brick, block and other masonry materials
• On-site renovation and new construction cutting tasks
• Use with angle grinders and petrol or electric concrete saws

Key specifications

• Diameter: 350 mm
• Rim type: segmented diamond rim for efficient debris clearance
• Primary materials: concrete, masonry, brick, block
• Recommended machines: angle grinders, petrol and electric concrete saws
• Designed for dry cutting; segment cooling and airflow optimize heat dissipation

How to use

Mount the blade according to the equipment manufacturer’s instructions, ensuring the blade’s rotation direction matches the saw’s arrow marking. Secure the blade with the correct flange and torque and verify that guards and safety devices are in place. When cutting, maintain steady feed pressure without forcing the blade; allow the diamond segments to cut at their designed speed. For long or deep cuts, make several shallow passes rather than attempting a single aggressive cut. Wear appropriate personal protective equipment including eye, ear and respiratory protection, and follow site safety procedures.

Recommendations

For optimal lifetime and performance, use the blade on recommended materials and avoid side loading or twisting forces. Inspect the blade before each use for signs of damage or uneven wear and replace if segments are missing or the blade is warped. When possible, use dust suppression or water only if the saw and blade are rated for wet cutting; otherwise perform dry cutting in short intervals to allow cooling.
