Delock Cable de cámara GigE conector macho RJ45 en ángulo de 90° con tornillos a conector macho RJ45, Cat.6 S/FTP, 2m, negro

On a busy factory floor, a machine vision camera sends high-resolution images to a controller. A dropped frame can mean a missed defect. This Delock GigE camera cable keeps that link solid. It connects GigE Vision cameras to network switches with a rugged Cat.6 S/FTP design. The 90° angled RJ45 male connector with screw locking stays put even when machinery vibrates. At 2 metres, it reaches from camera to switch without excess slack. The black PVC jacket resists wear and meets UL VW-1 flame rating.

Key specifications

• Category 6 (Cat.6) cable with S/FTP shielding – foil per pair plus overall braid (PiMF)
• RJ45 male both ends; one end features a 90° offset outlet with a compact 28 mm plug body
• Screw lock on the angled connector – avoids accidental disconnection in vibrating machinery
• Data transfer up to 1000 Mbps (Gigabit Ethernet) with 250 MHz frequency range
• Copper conductors (26 AWG) for stable signal transmission over the 2 m run
• Gold-plated contacts, 50 µ plating for high mating cycles and corrosion resistance
• PVC outer sheath, cable diameter approx. 6.2 mm, UL VW-1 flame rating
• RoHS compliant; black colour

Why choose it

Standard network cables often fail in factory settings because they are not designed for permanent flexing or aggressive EMI. This cable's S/FTP design provides excellent noise rejection, while the screw connection prevents drop-outs caused by vibration. The 90° angled connector with a 28 mm plug length is a game changer for tight spaces behind cameras or in cable ducts.

Ideal use cases

• Connecting GigE Vision cameras to industrial network switches
• Machine vision inspection lines in manufacturing
• Robotics and automated quality control systems
• Replacing fragile factory-made camera cables in harsh environments

Good to know

The cable is RoHS compliant and uses gold-plated contacts for reliable connections over many mating cycles. Its 26 AWG copper conductors ensure stable signal integrity. With a 2-metre length, it suits most camera-to-switch distances in industrial setups.
