Destornillador wiha Torx SOFTFINISH ELEC slimFix VDE TR15, longitud de hoja 325 mm

The wiha Torx SOFTFINISH ELEC slimFix VDE TR15 screwdriver with a 325 mm blade is an insulated hand tool designed for work on electrical systems and components. It is intended for fastening and loosening Torx TR15 fasteners at extended reach. The tool combines VDE-rated insulation with an ergonomically shaped SOFTFINISH handle and a long, slim blade to provide access to recessed or hard-to-reach fasteners while maintaining electrical safety and controlled torque transfer.

Advantages

The VDE-certified insulation provides protection against live voltages when used according to applicable standards, reducing the risk of accidental contact. The SOFTFINISH handle offers a non-slip, ergonomic grip that supports precise torque application and reduces hand fatigue during repetitive tasks. The slimFix long blade design enables access to deep or confined fastening locations without sacrificing control. The Torx TR15 tip is machined for accurate fit with Torx fasteners to minimize cam-out and wear.

How to use

Select this Torx TR15 insulated screwdriver when the task requires access to fasteners located deep within assemblies or behind panels. Hold the SOFTFINISH handle with a firm grip and align the precision Torx tip with the fastener head to ensure full engagement before applying torque. Apply steady turning force and avoid sudden impacts; when working on live equipment, follow all relevant electrical safety procedures and de-energize circuits when possible. Inspect the insulation and tip before each use and replace the tool if the protective coating or tip is damaged.

Recommendations

Use the screwdriver only within its rated insulation limits and in accordance with local electrical safety standards. Do not use the insulated handle as a lever beyond intended hand torque, and avoid exposing the insulation to sharp edges, solvents, or excessive heat. For optimal tool life, keep the blade clean and store in a dry environment.
