Meross GS559AH WiFi Smart Smoke Detector is a photoelectric smoke and overheat sensor designed for home use. It sounds an 85 dB alarm when smoke or high temperatures are detected and can be linked with other Meross alarms so that a single triggered unit notifies all connected devices. The detector is compatible with the Meross app and Apple Home (HomeKit) and can be integrated into a larger system via an optional HUB (sold separately). The package includes the alarm, two expansion bolts and an instruction manual.

How to use

Install the detector on a ceiling or high on a wall using the included expansion bolts and follow the instruction manual for placement recommendations. Insert the two AA batteries and power the unit. Download the Meross app or use Apple Home to add the device: follow the app’s pairing procedure, configure notifications and, if desired, link multiple Meross alarms or connect via an optional HUB to control up to 16 devices. Test the alarm after installation to confirm proper operation.
