Disco de láminas KWB 088130 corindón grano 60 – disco de láminas para metal y madera

Lamellar sander KWB 088130 Corundum 60 Grit is an abrasive flap disc designed for surface preparation and finishing on both metal and wood. The corundum abrasive with 60 grit provides a balance between aggressive material removal and a controlled surface finish, suitable for tasks such as rust removal, weld blending, deburring and leveling. The disc is intended for use with standard angle grinders and is suitable for professional tradespeople and DIY users who need a reliable, multi-purpose flap disc.

Advantages

The corundum abrasive ensures consistent cutting performance and a longer lifespan compared with lower-grade abrasives. The 60-grit flaps combine efficient stock removal with a finish that reduces the need for secondary sanding. The lamellar design promotes even wear and heat dissipation during use, which helps maintain abrasive effectiveness and reduces glazing. Designed to fit most standard angle grinders, the disc offers straightforward replacement and compatibility for a wide range of jobs.

Key specifications

How to use

Secure the flap disc to the angle grinder according to the tool manufacturer's instructions and ensure the disc is rated for the grinder's speed. Hold the grinder with steady pressure and move it across the workpiece at a consistent angle to control material removal and avoid gouging. For metal work, start with light passes to assess removal rate and increase pressure only if needed. For wood, use smooth, even strokes to prevent uneven sanding. Allow the abrasive to do the cutting without forcing the tool, and inspect the workpiece frequently to achieve the desired finish.

Recommendations

Wear appropriate personal protective equipment including eye protection, hearing protection, gloves and a dust mask. Match the disc size and speed rating to your angle grinder and replace the disc when wear reduces cutting efficiency. For best results, keep the workpiece clean and free of contaminants and avoid excessive pressure that can cause overheating or premature wear.
