• Preparing surfaces for primer and topcoat applications
• Light material leveling and edge blending
• Small DIY and home improvement projects requiring 150 mm discs

Key specifications

• Disc diameter: 150 mm
• Quantity: 1 piece
• Compatibility: designed for orbital and disc sanders that accept 150 mm sanding discs
• Typical materials: wood, paint layers, light surface substrates

How to use

Attach the sanding disc to a compatible 150 mm orbital or disc sander following the sander manufacturer's instructions for secure mounting. Before starting, check that the abrasive is properly centered and fastened to avoid vibration. Begin sanding at low pressure and move the tool evenly across the surface, increasing pressure only as needed to achieve the desired material removal. Replace the disc when abrasive performance declines or the surface becomes uneven.

Recommendations

Use personal protective equipment such as safety goggles, a dust mask and hearing protection when sanding. Test the disc on a small inconspicuous area first to confirm suitability for the material. For best results, keep the sander moving to prevent gouging and change to finer abrasives progressively when preparing surfaces for final finishes.
