The KWB 715824 sanding disc is designed for metal surfaces and fits commonly used angle grinders from any brand. Each pack includes 10 fibre-backed discs with an aluminium oxide abrasive and a vulcanised phenolic resin backing for heavy-duty sanding and cleaning tasks on steel and other metals.

Fibre backing provides dimensional stability and resistance to tearing during intensive use. Aluminium oxide abrasive ensures effective material removal and consistent abrasive life. How to use

Secure the appropriate disc on the angle grinder according to the tool manufacturer's instructions. Operate the grinder at speeds not exceeding the specified peripheral disc speed of 80 m/s. Apply steady, even pressure and move the disc across the surface to remove rust, paint, scale or varnish; avoid excessive pressure that could cause overheating or premature wear.
