How to use

Fit a single sanding disc to a compatible 150 mm disc sander according to the sander manufacturer's instructions, ensuring secure attachment before switching the tool on. Begin sanding with light pressure and progress to the required abrasive step to achieve the desired surface finish; change discs when abrasive performance declines. Use appropriate protective equipment such as eye protection, dust mask and hearing protection, and follow general safety guidelines for power sanding operations.

Recommendations

For best results, select the grit grade that matches the task (coarser grits for heavy material removal, finer grits for smoothing and finishing) and keep spare discs on hand to avoid downtime. Store discs flat in a dry environment away from direct sunlight to preserve abrasive properties.
