Disco de sierra circular Bosch Best for Wood 16,5 cm

The Bosch Best for Wood Circular Saw Blade (model 2608642385) is a 16.5 cm diameter blade with a 2 cm bore, designed for precise cutting of various wooden materials. Manufactured by Bosch, the blade uses in-house Microteq carbide teeth and features Cleanteq coating and Stabilteq anti-vibration slots to ensure clean, accurate cuts and extended service life.

Advantages

The blade's extra-hard Microteq teeth are made from durable carbide grains for high cutting performance and long life. Cleanteq coating reduces adhesion of resin and glue, keeps the blade cooler and protects against corrosion for cleaner results. Stabilteq Polyurethane-filled anti-vibration slots significantly reduce vibration and noise, improving cutting precision and user comfort. The ATB (Alternate Top Bevel) tooth geometry delivers variable results depending on tooth count: higher tooth counts for finer, cleaner cuts and lower tooth counts for fast, efficient cuts.

Suitable for

• Crosscutting and rip-cutting in softwood and hardwood
• Cutting plywood, chipboard and laminated panels
• Workshop and on-site carpentry tasks

How to use

Install the blade on a compatible circular saw with a 2 cm arbor, ensuring correct mounting direction and secure fastening. Select a blade tooth count appropriate to the required finish: higher tooth count for finer, cleaner cuts and lower tooth count for faster, rougher cuts. Before cutting, check the blade for damage or excessive wear. Operate the saw at the recommended speed for wood and feed the material steadily to avoid chipping and overheating. After use, allow the blade to cool before cleaning or storing.

Recommendations

Use personal protective equipment, including eye and hearing protection. For optimal performance, keep the Cleanteq-coated blade clean from heavy resin build-up and store in a dry place to prevent corrosion. Match blade tooth count to material type and desired finish for best results.
