Disco de sierra circular Metabo 626960000 8,5 cm para madera dura, madera blanda, plástico

The Metabo circular saw blade with an 8.5 cm diameter is designed for cutting hardwood, softwood and plastic. Manufactured for compatibility with Metabo portable saws, this single-blade pack offers a compact cutting accessory intended for precise crosscuts and rip cuts in a variety of workshop and jobsite situations. The blade geometry and tooth design enable clean cuts in timber and reduce chipping when working with plastics; it is also suitable for cutting wood containing small nails or fasteners when used with appropriate machines and safety precautions.

Advantages

The blade provides a balanced combination of cutting speed and edge durability thanks to its optimized tooth configuration. Its small 8.5 cm diameter makes it suitable for compact saws and portable applications, while the material compatibility — hardwood, softwood and plastic — increases versatility. Designed to fit Metabo machines, the blade delivers consistent, precise results and minimizes tear-out on delicate surfaces.

Key specifications

• Diameter: 8.5 cm
• Compatible materials: hardwood, softwood, plastic
• Pack quantity: 1 blade
• Designed for use with Metabo portable saws

How to use

Install the blade on a compatible Metabo circular saw following the tool manufacturer's instructions and ensuring the saw is disconnected from power before mounting. Check blade seating and arbor flange alignment, then tighten the blade nut to the specified torque. Select an appropriate feed rate and blade speed for the material being cut, and always support workpieces to prevent binding. When cutting wood with embedded nails or fasteners, use steady pressure and inspect the cut for any damage or wear on the blade teeth.

Recommendations

Use suitable personal protective equipment — eye and hearing protection, gloves and dust mask — and ensure the saw's guards are correctly installed. For best results, match blade speed and feed rate to the material: slower feed for dense hardwoods and steady, controlled feed for plastics to avoid melting. Replace the blade when signs of dulling or tooth damage appear to maintain cut quality and safe operation.
