Discos de lijar Bosch C430 Expert para madera y barniz

The Bosch C430 Expert for Wood and Paint sanding discs are designed for sanding and keying paint, varnish, filler, primer and wood-based materials. These discs feature an electrostatic open-coated surface and tough abrasive grit for long lifetime, consistent dust removal and resistance to clogging. They are intended for intermediate sanding of varnish, smoothing feather edges and sanding after wetting on certain materials. The discs are compatible with random orbital sanders and use a fully synthetic resin bond with a highly flexible paper backing to allow folding without cracking.

Advantages

The electrostatic open-coated design creates space between grits for effective dust extraction, reducing sheet clogging and maintaining cutting performance. The durable abrasive grit and synthetic resin bond extend service life and allow repeated use. Flexible C-/B-paper backing enables bending and folding without cracking, improving handling on contoured surfaces. Compatibility with random orbital sanders ensures broad applicability for common sanding tools.

Suitable for

• Sanding and keying paint and varnish
• Intermediate sanding of varnished surfaces
• Smoothing feathered edges and fillers

How to use

Select a disc with the appropriate grit for the task and attach it to a compatible random orbital sander according to the sander manufacturer's instructions. Start with a coarser grit for material removal or keying, then progress to finer grits for smoothing and intermediate varnish sanding. Use moderate pressure and keep the sander moving to avoid creating dips or burns. For feathering edges or working on contoured areas, exploit the flexible backing to maintain contact with the workpiece.

Recommendations

Use dust extraction where possible to benefit from the open-coated surface and prolong disc life; avoid excessive pressure and overheating. Store discs flat in a dry environment. Choose the correct grit progression for the material and finish required.
