DSIT Bridas 280 mm Negro pack de 100 (kb_280mm_zwart)

When standard cable ties snap under pressure or turn brittle after a season outdoors, the DSIT 280 mm black cable tie stands out as a workhorse built for serious bundling. Each tie is injection-molded from UV-stabilized Nylon 6/6, giving it a 22 kg tensile strength and a working temperature range from -40°C to +85°C. The self-locking, low-profile head grips instantly and holds tight, while the 4.8 mm width balances flexibility and rigidity for clean, kink-free routing. Whether you are securing cables in a data center, organizing tools in a workshop, or tidying garden hoses, this 100-piece pack delivers consistent, reliable performance.

Highlights

• 100 pieces per pack – enough for large projects or repeated use
• 280 mm length and 4.8 mm width – ideal for medium to large bundles up to 86 mm diameter
• UV-resistant black Nylon 6/6 – won't degrade in sunlight, suitable for outdoor use
• Self-locking head with low-profile design – fast, secure fastening
• High tensile strength: 22 kg (50 lbs) – holds heavy cables and hoses firmly
• Wide temperature tolerance: -40°C to +85°C – performs in extreme conditions
• UL94 V-2 flammability rating and RoHS/CE certified – meets safety standards

In daily use

These cable ties are a go-to for electricians, network technicians, and DIY enthusiasts. The black color blends discreetly with most cable jackets and equipment, while the carbon-black stabilization prevents cracking and fading after prolonged sun exposure. The self-locking mechanism requires only a simple pull to tighten, and the low-profile head reduces snagging in tight spaces. Because the material resists oils, greases, and common solvents, they hold up in automotive, marine, and industrial environments. For permanent installations, simply trim the excess tail with flush cutters for a neat finish.
