The SilverCloud MB23 electronic upper arm blood pressure monitor is used to measure blood pressure in the upper arm (above the elbow) and pulse. The device complies with the standards of the World Health Organization (WHO). The measurements are classified according to the WHO assessment system, using a color scale. The measurement method is oscillometric, which records the vibrations of the walls of an artery compressed by a pneumatic cuff, as blood passes through, providing accuracy and reliability.

The automatic memory function allows you to save 90 blood pressure values, along with the date and time they were taken, giving you the certainty of a good evaluation when you see your doctor.

• Large screen

The large LCD screen, with large characters, allows you to easily view the measured indices. The screen simultaneously displays the date and time, systolic/diastolic blood pressure values and pulse. The end of the measurement process is marked by an audible message.

• Irregular heartbeat detection

The cuff allows use for an arm circumference range of 22cm-36cm. The SilverCloud MB23 blood pressure monitor informs you with an animated icon when irregular heartbeats are detected.

Activation by simply pressing the on/off button and the automatic start of the measurement process make this type of device a very easy-to-use device. For power supply, 4 AA batteries (not included, rechargeable batteries are not recommended) or a 220V power supply (not included) are required.
