How to use

Before first use, rinse the carafe with warm water. Preheat or pre-chill the carafe by filling it briefly with hot or cold water, then emptying it before adding your beverage to improve temperature retention. Press the button to open the pour spout and release it to close; the mechanism is designed for one-handed pouring. Avoid using the carafe on direct heat sources and do not place it in a dishwasher if the manufacturer guidance recommends hand washing because of the glass liner and sealing components.

Recommendations

Fill the carafe to an appropriate level to maximise insulation performance, and clean seals and lid parts regularly to maintain the 100% leak-proof function. For long-term preservation of the glass liner and seals, follow the manufacturer's care instructions and avoid abrasive cleaners.
