Enrollador de manguera de aire comprimido Metabo SA 315, 12 m, 12 bar, montaje en pared

The Metabo SA 315 retractable air hose reel features a 12 m hose and is designed for wall mounting to keep workshop and garage air supplies tidy and accessible. With a maximum working pressure of 12 bar, the unit provides controlled hose retraction and smooth payout for connecting air tools, compressors and other pneumatic equipment. Its compact wall-mounted design reduces floor clutter and tripping hazards while protecting the hose from abrasion and kinking when not in use.

Advantages

The retractable mechanism allows quick, one-handed hose extension and reliable retraction to the reel, reducing manual coiling. A 12 m hose length offers extended reach for most workshop tasks without frequent repositioning of the compressor. Rated for up to 12 bar working pressure, the reel is compatible with a wide range of pneumatic tools and compressors. Wall mounting secures the reel in a convenient location and preserves shop floor space.

Suitable for

• Workshops and home garages for general pneumatic tool use
• Service stations and maintenance bays where organized hose storage is required
• Air tool operation that requires up to 12 bar working pressure
• Situations where reducing tripping hazards and hose wear is important

Key specifications

• Hose length: 12 m
• Maximum working pressure: 12 bar
• Mounting type: wall-mount
• Function: retractable hose reel with automatic retraction

How to use

Install the reel on a suitable load-bearing wall using appropriate fasteners and mounting points so the reel is accessible for hose payout. Pull the hose out to the required length and the mechanism will lock at intervals for controlled use; retract the hose by giving it a short pull to release the lock and allow it to rewind onto the reel. Regularly inspect the hose and fittings for wear or damage and ensure connections to compressors and tools are tightened according to the tool manufacturer’s instructions.

Recommendations

Use the reel within its 12 bar working pressure rating and avoid sudden jerks or excessive pulling force during payout and retraction. Store the reel in a dry environment when not in use and perform periodic visual inspections of the hose and swivels to maintain reliable performance and extend service life.
