How to use

Place the food item into a suitable vacuum bag, align the open end within the device's sealing area (up to 30 cm), close the lid and start the sealing cycle according to the manufacturer's controls. The sealer will remove air and seal the bag at the selected vacuum level. For moist foods, use appropriate bags or the device's wet-food settings if available to ensure a secure seal.

Recommendations

For longest shelf life, cool cooked foods before vacuum sealing and use suitable vacuum bags. Do not vacuum-seal liquids without prior partial freezing. Clean the sealing area after each use and store the unit in a dry place.
