Equip panel de gestión de cables 19" 1HE con 5 bridas metálicas, negro

Rack-mounted EQUIP 19" cable management panel model 327319 features five metal cable rings set into a durable black (RAL9005) plastic frame designed for installation in standard 19" server racks and network enclosures. The unit provides a compact, low-profile solution to route and secure network and power cables, reduce cable strain, and maintain organized pathways for both horizontal and vertical cable runs.

Advantages

The combination of metal rings and a plastic mounting frame offers a balance of mechanical strength and corrosion resistance while keeping overall weight low. Five evenly spaced metal rings allow grouping of multiple cable bundles and facilitate neat routing. The black RAL9005 finish matches common rack aesthetics and helps hide dust and wear. The device is compatible with standard 19" rack hole patterns, enabling straightforward front-mount installation and quick access during maintenance.

Suitable for

• Organizing Ethernet, fiber patch, and power cables in 19" server racks
• Improving cable access and visibility in data cabinets and telecommunications closets
• Securing cable bundles to reduce strain on connectors and patch panels

Key specifications

• Mount type: 19" rack mount, front installation
• Frame material: durable plastic, black (RAL9005)
• Ring material: metal, five fixed rings
• Orientation: horizontal cable management panel
• Profile: low-profile design suitable for dense rack layouts

How to use

Install the panel into the chosen 19" rack position using standard rack screws aligned with the rack's mounting holes. Route cable bundles through the metal rings, grouping related cables together to maintain separation between power and data where required. Ensure cables are loosely placed in the rings to avoid excessive bending or compression; use additional tie wraps or Velcro straps outside the rings if further securing is needed. For fiber optic cables, maintain minimum bend radius recommendations when routing through the rings.

Recommendations

Position the cable management panel near patch panels or equipment with high cable density to centralize routing. Avoid overfilling individual rings; spread bundles across multiple rings to minimize stress on connectors. Regularly inspect cable routing during maintenance to verify that no sharp bends or pinch points have formed.
