Esquina de acero Roadinger con 3 patas, 48 mm de diámetro de tubo, modelo 30001800

Roadinger steel corner with 3 legs and 48 mm tube diameter, model 30001800, is a right-angle junction component for modular stage, flight case and truss constructions. The part is manufactured in steel to provide a rigid connection point for three tubular members, making it suitable for protective corners, frame reinforcement and mounting of equipment where a stable 90° joint is required.

Advantages

The steel construction offers high mechanical strength and resistance to deformation under load, while the three-leg design enables secure attachment of three 48 mm tubes at a precise right angle. The component's geometry ensures consistent alignment of connected tubes and helps distribute forces evenly across the junction. Its durable finish reduces the risk of corrosion and supports long service life in repeated assembly and disassembly cycles.

How to use

Position the steel corner so that each leg aligns with the end of a 48 mm tube to form a 90° junction. Secure tubes to the corner using appropriate fasteners or connectors compatible with the tube system in use. Ensure all connections are tightened to the recommended torque for your frame or truss system and verify alignment before applying load. For flight case or protective corner applications, mount the corner to the case structure and check that the corner supports the intended loads without interference.

Recommendations

Inspect the component for damage or excessive wear before each use, especially after transport or heavy use. Use fasteners and clamps rated for the loads expected in your installation, and follow safety guidelines for rigging and structural assembly to maintain stability and prolong service life.
