How to use

Unroll the sleeping pad on a flat, clean surface inside your tent or car. Open the valve to allow the foam to self-expand — this will draw in air and inflate the pad to its functional thickness. If a firmer feel is needed, add a small amount of breath inflation through the valve. To pack away, open the valve and roll the pad tightly from the end opposite the valve to force air out, then close the valve and secure the rolled pad with straps or the storage bag.

Recommendations
