Filtro polarizador circular Irix Edge Revo 40,5mm - Marco de aluminio ultrafino, cristal óptico superendurecido, recubrimiento antirreflejo de 16 capas, hidrófobo, oleófobo, resistente a arañazos

Landscape and architecture photographers reaching for their 40.5mm-threaded lenses can cut through glare and haze with the Irix Edge Revo CPL. This circular polarizer tames reflections on water, glass, and foliage, while deepening blue skies and boosting color saturation for punchy, true-to-life images. Its slim aluminum frame keeps vignetting at bay even on wide-angle setups, and the knurled edge offers a secure grip when rotating the filter to dial in the perfect polarization effect.

Why choose it

The Revo CPL’s 16-layer coating not only suppresses internal reflections and flare but also repels water, oil, and dust, making cleaning effortless even in the field. The super-hardened glass withstands scratches and everyday knocks, while the slim aluminum profile ensures full compatibility with wide-angle lenses without corner darkening. You get a durable, high-transmission polarizer that preserves image sharpness and contrast.

Ideal use cases

• Landscape photography: saturate skies, cut atmospheric haze, and reveal detail in clouds.
• Architecture and cityscapes: reduce reflections from windows and polished surfaces.
• Water and nature: eliminate glare from lakes, rivers, and wet foliage.
• Travel and outdoor shooting: compact, rugged, and easy to keep clean.

Good to know

This filter is part of the Irix Edge Revo series, engineered for photographers who demand optical precision and field reliability. The front thread allows stacking additional filters or using a standard lens cap. For best results, rotate the filter while looking through the viewfinder or live view to achieve the desired polarization effect. Note that a CPL reduces light by approximately 1–1.5 stops, so adjust exposure accordingly.
