Fischer 91489 Abrazadera para tubos FRS 74-78 mm M8/M10 con aislamiento acústico EPDM, acero galvanizado, pack de 25

The Fischer 91489 FRS pipe clamp stands apart from ordinary clamps with its integrated EPDM rubber lining that cuts structure-borne noise by up to 18 dB(A) — a crucial advantage in residential and commercial installations where silence matters. Engineered for pipes with an outer diameter between 74 and 78 mm, this clamp combines a zinc-plated steel body with a quick-locking combination screw, making it both durable and remarkably fast to install.

Highlights

• Sound-optimized: EPDM lining reduces noise transmission by up to 18 dB(A) per DIN 4109
• Versatile connection: M8/M10 combination nut accepts two thread sizes
• Corrosion-resistant: electro-galvanized steel DD11 for long service life
• Quick-locking screw with safety catch — no loose parts, one-hand installation
• Wide temperature range: lining remains flexible from -50°C to +110°C
• High load capacity: supports up to 1.5 kN
• Pack of 25 for professional projects

In daily use

Installers will appreciate the FRS clamp's practical design. The pre-assembled quick-locking screw stays open until you press it closed, allowing you to position the pipe with both hands. Once snapped shut, the safety catch prevents accidental opening. The combination head (Phillips/slotted) works with common screwdrivers or bits, and the M8/M10 nut fits standard threaded rods. Whether securing heating pipes, cooling lines, or ventilation ducts, the clamp's steel band and EPDM insert grip firmly without scratching or crushing the pipe.
