Fondo fijo de 19 pulgadas (0,5HE) EFB Elektronik para armario de 19 pulgadas, profundidad 350–450 mm, carga 70 kg, para caja de 600 mm, RAL7035

Fixed 19" shelf (0.5U) by EFB Elektronik for 19-inch racks, designed for cabinets with a depth of 600 mm. The shelf has an adjustable effective depth from 350 to 450 mm, a load capacity of 70 kg and a RAL7035 surface finish. It provides a low-profile, sturdy support for mounting servers, network devices or peripheral equipment in a standard 19" rack.

Advantages

The shelf is constructed for reliable static loading up to 70 kg and fits into half-unit (0.5U) vertical space, saving rack height for other equipment. Its adjustable effective depth (350–450 mm) allows compatibility with devices of varying depths while the RAL7035 finish offers corrosion-resistant protection and a neutral appearance that matches common server-room equipment. The fixed design ensures stable support without sliding or movement once installed.

Suitable for

• Mounting compact servers and blade enclosures
• Installing network switches, routers or patch panels that require shelf support
• Placing peripheral devices such as small UPS units, KVM extenders or monitoring equipment

Key specifications

• Form factor: 19" shelf, 0.5U height
• Effective depth: adjustable 350–450 mm
• Rated static load: 70 kg
• Intended cabinet depth: 600 mm
• Finish color: RAL7035

How to use

Install the shelf into standard 19" mounting rails at the desired height occupying 0.5U of rack space. Adjust the effective depth within the 350–450 mm range to support the mounted equipment so that weight is distributed evenly across the shelf. Secure the shelf to the rack rails using appropriate mounting hardware for the cabinet; tighten fasteners to prevent movement. Place equipment on the shelf ensuring the total weight does not exceed 70 kg.

Recommendations

For safe operation, verify cabinet rail compatibility and use correct-size mounting screws and washers. Distribute load close to the mounting plane and avoid concentrated point loads. Periodically inspect fastenings and the shelf surface for wear or corrosion, especially in high-humidity environments.
