FRÄNKISCHE ROHRWERKE SMSKu-EZF 40 acoplamiento de tubo corrugado transparente resistente a la tracción M40

For installations where a simple push-fit connector would pull apart under load, the FRÄNKISCHE ROHRWERKE SMSKu-EZF 40 delivers a genuinely tensile-resistant solution. This transparent M40 coupling locks onto corrugated conduits without tools, yet withstands high mechanical stress, making it a standout choice for demanding cable management in machinery, control cabinets, and outdoor installations. Unlike generic couplings that rely on friction alone, the SMSKu-EZF 40 uses a positive locking mechanism to maintain a secure connection even under vibration or cable tension.

Highlights

• Tensile-resistant plug-in coupling for M40 corrugated conduits
• Tool-free installation – simply push the conduit ends into the coupling
• Transparent polypropylene body allows visual inspection of the connection
• IP65 protection when properly installed, safeguarding against dust and water jets
• Wide operating temperature range from -25°C to +105°C
• Halogen-free, UV-resistant, flame retardant, and self-extinguishing
• VDE tested according to DIN EN 61386-23 for electrical installation conduits
• High impact resistance and pressure resistance of 750 N (Class 3)

In daily use

This coupling is engineered for professionals who need a reliable, quick-connect solution without sacrificing durability. The transparent design lets you confirm that the conduit is fully seated, reducing the risk of improper assembly. It is compatible with FRÄNKISCHE FFKu-Flex, FFKu-Speed, and FFKu-Smart corrugated flexible conduits, making it a versatile choice for a range of cable protection applications.
