Fuente de alimentación MEAN WELL SKM10C-03 10 W entrada 36-75 V

The MEAN WELL SKM10C-03 is a compact DC-DC converter designed for PCB mounting. It accepts a wide input range of 36–75 Vdc and provides a single regulated 3.3 Vdc output capable of delivering up to 2.5 A (10 W). The module is supplied in a 1" x 1" DIP through-hole package with remote ON/OFF control and is RoHS compliant.

Advantages

The SKM10C-03 offers an ultra-compact form factor and low weight (approximately 18 g) suitable for space-constrained designs. Its wide input voltage range supports varied supply sources, and the remote ON/OFF function enables easy system-level power management. The through-hole DIP package simplifies PCB assembly and mechanical retention.

Suitable for

• Embedded systems and single-board computers requiring 3.3 V power
• Industrial and telecommunication equipment with 36–75 V supply rails
• Control modules and sensor interfaces with limited PCB space

Key specifications

• Input voltage: 36–75 Vdc
• Output voltage: 3.3 Vdc
• Output current: up to 2.5 A (10 W)
• Package: 1" x 1" DIP through-hole
• Remote ON/OFF control
• Weight: approx. 18 g
• Compliance: RoHS

How to use

Mount the SKM10C-03 onto the PCB using the DIP through-hole pins and ensure correct polarity of the input and output connections. Connect a 36–75 Vdc supply to the input pins and load the 3.3 V output up to the rated 2.5 A. Use the remote ON/OFF pin according to the manufacturer’s wiring convention to enable or disable the output from system logic. Observe recommended PCB layout practices for power modules to maintain thermal performance and minimize noise.

Recommendations

When designing with the SKM10C-03, provide adequate copper area or thermal vias near the module for heat dissipation, include input and output decoupling capacitors close to the pins, and follow MEAN WELL application notes for recommended footprint and remote ON/OFF wiring to ensure reliable operation within the specified limits.
