The variety of colours enables visual identification of cable groups or phases without altering the sleeve's physical performance. Its short length and moderate diameter make it easy to fit over cable bundles and to route through confined spaces. The lightweight design supports portable use and simple repositioning during maintenance.

• Temporary or permanent bundling of cables in service and installation tasks
• Protecting cable ends and connectors during transport or assembly

Key specifications

• Inner diameter: 9 cm
• Length: 44 mm
• Weight: 95 g
• Available colours: Black, Blue, Red, Silver, Yellow
• Material: durable protective sleeve construction (manufacturer grade)

How to use

Slide the sleeve over the cable bundle or position it around individual cables; for closed-loop or already-terminated runs, open the sleeve at one end (if applicable) and feed cables through before securing. Position the sleeve so that it covers the section of cable requiring protection, then align coloured sleeves for visual grouping as needed. For installations through tight openings, compress the sleeve slightly to pass through and then allow it to expand around the cables. Routine inspection and occasional repositioning will maintain optimal protection and organization.

Recommendations

Choose the sleeve colour to reflect the intended use (for example, power, data or control lines) to simplify identification during maintenance. Avoid using the sleeve on cables where the required bend radius is smaller than the cable specifications. For outdoor or high-temperature environments, verify compatibility of the sleeve material with ambient conditions before prolonged exposure.
