Funda de cables DeLOCK 60463 negro plástico 15,8 mm x 2 m

The DeLOCK 60463 cable sleeve is a protective conduit made of plastic, 15.8 mm in diameter and 2 m long, supplied with a matching conduit fitting (gland). The gland attaches to the corrugated sleeve to create a sealed passage for cables and electrical wires, providing dust- and waterproofing for an enclosure when installed together.

Advantages

The combination of gland and protective sleeve delivers IP67 dust and waterproof protection and reduces ingress of dirt and moisture. The plastic conduit offers high flexibility to prevent excessive cable bending, and shows resistance to abrasion, a wide temperature range and many chemicals, enabling longer cable life and reliable protection in demanding environments.

Suitable for

• Cable routing and protection in electrical installations
• Automation and machine systems
• Industrial and outdoor enclosures requiring IP67 cable entries
• Workspace cable organization to prevent wear and tangling

How to use

Slide the corrugated sleeve over the cable bundle, position the sleeve end at the enclosure entry, and attach the supplied gland to the sleeve. Tighten the gland according to the enclosure’s mounting method so that the sleeve is clamped and a sealed cable passage is formed. Ensure cables are routed without excessive tension or sharp bends to maintain mechanical protection and sealing performance.

Recommendations

Use the DeLOCK 60463 sleeve and gland assembly where IP67 sealing is required; check compatibility of cable diameters with the 15.8 mm conduit opening and avoid sharp edges at enclosure cutouts. For chemical environments, verify compatibility with specific agents before prolonged exposure.
