Cable DisplayPort WENTRONIC 20 pines, 2 m – conexión de vídeo digital de alta velocidad

The WENTRONIC 20-pin DisplayPort cable, 2 m, provides a direct high-speed digital video connection between DisplayPort-equipped computers, laptops and monitors. The cable supports standard DisplayPort signal transmission over a 2-metre length, offering a straightforward wired link without the need for adapters. Its design is intended for desktop workstations, office setups and home entertainment systems that require a reliable DisplayPort connection at a moderate cable length.

Advantages

This DisplayPort cable offers stable digital video transmission with a 20-pin connector, ensuring compatibility with DisplayPort input and output ports. The 2 m length balances flexibility and signal integrity for typical desktop and AV arrangements. The cable construction reduces the need for additional adapters and provides a simple plug-and-play connection for video and audio where supported by the connected devices.

Suitable for

• Connecting a PC or laptop to a monitor with DisplayPort input
• Dual-monitor desktop configurations where a 2 m cable is sufficient
• Office workstations, meeting rooms and home media setups

Key specifications

• Connector type: DisplayPort 20-pin (male-to-male)
• Cable length: 2 metres
• Signal: digital video (and audio if supported by devices)
• Compatibility: devices with native DisplayPort ports
• Use case: short to medium cable runs for desktop and AV setups

How to use

Connect one end of the cable to the DisplayPort output on the source device (PC, laptop or graphics card) and the other end to the DisplayPort input on the target device (monitor or display). Ensure both devices are powered on and set to the appropriate input mode. Most modern operating systems detect the display automatically; adjust resolution and refresh rate in the display settings if necessary to match the monitor capabilities.

Recommendations

For best results, route the cable to avoid sharp bends and prolonged stress on the connectors. Use the 2 m length for typical desk-to-monitor distances and avoid unnecessary extension or chain connections that could affect signal quality. If using high refresh rates or high resolutions, verify that both source and display support the desired settings and adjust cable placement to minimize electromagnetic interference.
