Grillete resistente a la abrasión Safetex Blackline WLL 6.500kg | forma curva con perno de 7/8 de pulgada

When lifting or rigging heavy loads in harsh environments, standard shackles can quickly wear, corrode, or fail—putting personnel and equipment at risk. The Safetex Abrasion-Resistant Bow Shackle Blackline is engineered to solve that problem, delivering a massive 6,500 kg working load limit with a rugged, powder-coated finish that stands up to abrasion, impact, and the elements. Its bow shape provides multi-directional loading flexibility, while the bolt-type pin with nut and cotter pin ensures a secure, vibration-resistant connection. Whether you're on a construction site, in a workshop, or handling marine or industrial lifting, this shackle is built to perform—and to last.

Who is it for

This shackle is ideal for professional riggers, crane operators, construction crews, tow truck operators, and industrial maintenance teams who need reliable, traceable lifting hardware that can handle heavy loads in demanding conditions. It's also suitable for agricultural and off-road recovery applications where strength and durability are non-negotiable.

Main features

• Exceptional strength: 6,500 kg WLL with a 6:1 safety factor, proof load of 13,000 kg, and ultimate breaking load of 39,000 kg.
• Abrasion-resistant black powder coating: extends service life by protecting against scratches, corrosion, and wear.
• Bow shape: allows loading from multiple directions, reducing stress concentration.
• Bolt-type pin with nut and cotter pin: prevents accidental loosening under dynamic loads.
• High-tensile alloy steel construction: provides superior strength-to-weight ratio.
• Full traceability: individual serial number and batch markings for compliance and inspection.
• Wide temperature range: operational from -20°C to +200°C.

Tips

Always inspect shackles before each use for deformation, cracks, or wear. Ensure the pin is fully seated and the cotter pin is properly secured. Never exceed the WLL, and avoid side loading the pin. Store in a dry place when not in use to maximize coating life. For critical lifts, consult a qualified engineer.
