HDD Western Digital 6TB 3,5 inch SATA WD60PURX

The Western Digital WD Purple 6TB HDD (WD60PURX) is a 3.5-inch SATA hard drive engineered for 24/7 surveillance systems. With 6 TB capacity, 5400 RPM class performance and a workload rating designed for heavy write activity, this drive supports multiple HD video streams and continuous recording for DVR and NVR solutions. It is optimized for reliability in high-temperature, always-on environments and includes AllFrame 4K™ technology to improve video playback and reduce frame loss.

Advantages

WD Purple drives are purpose-built for surveillance: they offer a higher workload rating than desktop drives, improved ATA streaming through AllFrame 4K™ technology, and compatibility with both DVR and NVR systems. The 6 TB capacity lets you retain more footage and higher-quality frames per second while maintaining sustainable performance in continuous recording environments. Acronis True Image WD Edition is available as a free tool for drive cloning and backups.
