Herramienta de inserción Trendnet TC-PDT con cuchilla 110 y Krone

The Trendnet TC-PDT Punch Down Tool with 110 and Krone blades is a manual termination tool for inserting and cutting conductors into 110 and Krone style blocks in a single action. It features an ergonomic body for comfortable handling and a twist-and-lock holder that enables quick blade changes and prevents blade pullout. The tool includes storage for a spare blade and offers adjustable high and low actuation settings to match termination force requirements or user preference.

Advantages

The tool combines insertion and cutting in one operation, reducing installation time and ensuring clean terminations. Interchangeable and reversible blades allow use with both 110 and Krone blocks. The comfortable shape improves handling during repeated use, while the integrated spare blade storage reduces the risk of losing replacement parts. The twist-and-lock mechanism secures blades during work and simplifies replacement.

Suitable for

• Network technicians terminating twisted-pair data cables
• Telecommunications installations using 110 or Krone punch blocks
• Patch panel and outlet wiring in offices and data closets

Key specifications

• Compatible blade types: 110 and Krone (interchangeable, reversible)
• Actuation settings: adjustable high and low force
• Blade holder: twist-and-lock style
• Spare blade storage: integrated
• Warranty: 1-year limited

How to use

Place the appropriate blade (110 or Krone) into the twist-and-lock holder and secure it. Position the conductor into the target punch block slot, align the tool over the termination point, and press until the tool actuates to insert and cut the conductor. If required, switch between high and low actuation settings to suit the block type or cable type. Store the spare blade in the tool's integrated compartment when not in use.

Recommendations

For consistent terminations, verify the correct blade orientation before each use and choose the actuation setting based on block type. Keep the spare blade in the tool's storage to prevent loss and inspect blades periodically for wear, replacing them when cutting or insertion quality declines.
