Hervidor Alessi Plissé 1,0 L 2200 W azul, resina termoplástica, apagado automático, base oculta

The Alessi Plissé electric kettle, 1.0 L, designed by Michele De Lucchi, presents a sculptural pleated form in thermoplastic resin. The kettle combines an ergonomically shaped handle and a spout designed for easy pouring with practical features such as a removable spout filter, automatic shut-off at boiling point and a hidden power base with adjustable cable length.

Advantages

The kettle's pleated design in thermoplastic resin offers a distinctive, durable exterior that is lightweight and easy to clean. A lighted lever indicates when the heater is active and the appliance shuts off automatically at boiling, while an internal safety cut-off protects against operation with insufficient water. The removable filter in the spout retains limescale particles and is washable. The hidden base with adjustable cable keeps the countertop tidy and the thermally insulated bottom allows the kettle to be placed safely on work surfaces.

Suitable for

• Everyday home use for boiling water for tea and coffee
• Office kitchens and shared break rooms
• Small households or single-person kitchens where a 1.0 L capacity is sufficient

Key specifications

How to use

Fill the kettle up to the MAX mark inside the body, place it on the power base to connect to mains and press the lever under the handle to start heating; a light on the lever indicates the heater is active. The kettle will switch off automatically once boiling is reached. To stop heating before boiling, lift the kettle off the base; the switch will return to its original position. Open the lid by gently pressing the knob/button on the top backwards until the internal release tab allows the lid to open; close until it clicks.

Recommendations

Clean the interior with a water-and-vinegar solution to remove limescale. Rinse the removable spout filter under running water and dry before placing it back. Wipe the exterior and power base with a damp cloth and a mild detergent; avoid immersing the base or kettle in water.
