HOBBYWING Rotor Replacement Tool

This practical tool simplifies the reassembly of disassembled motors by facilitating the precise insertion of the rotor into the rear ball bearing despite high magnetic forces. It is suitable for rotors with a maximum rotor diameter of 13mm.

Tool for inserting rotors up to 13 mm in diameter into a motor housing

The Hobbywing Rotor Replacement Tool helps position a rotor in the rear ball bearing when reassembling a motor. Magnetic forces can make it difficult to seat the rotor without the tool.

Insert the tool into the motor housing, then insert the rotor into the tool and push slowly until the rotor shaft is seated in the rear ball bearing. Remove the tool before mounting the front bearing plate.

• Suitable for rotors with a max. rotor diameter of 13 mm.

The Rotor Replacement Tool makes it easier to reinstall a rotor after disassembling the motor for maintenance. The magnetic forces make it difficult to insert the rotor shaft into the rear ball bearing.

The tool is inserted into the motor housing. Then the rotor is slowly inserted into it until the rotor shaft is seated in the rear ball bearing. Then the sleeve is removed and the front bearing plate is mounted.
