Hoja de lijar Bosch Expert C470 150 mm K40, pack de 50

Bosch Expert C470 sanding sheets, 150 mm diameter with K40 grit, are designed for aggressive material removal and fast stock removal on wood, metal and multi-layer paint surfaces. Supplied as a pack of 50, these 150 mm sanding discs fit standard 150 mm disc sanders and sanding pads that accept hook-and-loop or adhesive-backed sheets. The abrasive construction aims to deliver consistent cutting action and a longer useful life under professional and DIY workloads.

Advantages

The abrasive coating and backing of Bosch Expert C470 sanding sheets provide robust durability and resistance to premature loading, promoting steady removal rates. K40 grit offers rapid cut performance for shaping, stripping old finishes and leveling uneven surfaces. The uniform grit distribution helps maintain predictable results across the entire pack, while compatibility with common 150 mm sanding tools simplifies replacement and reduces downtime.

Suitable for

• Rapid stock removal on soft and hard woods
• Stripping paint or varnish layers
• Surface preparation of metal prior to welding or coating
• Shaping and rough sanding in carpentry and renovation
• Use with 150 mm disc sanders and sanding pads

Key specifications

• Disc diameter: 150 mm
• Grit size: K40 (coarse)
• Quantity: 50 sheets per pack
• Abrasive type: durable coated abrasive suitable for wood, metal and paint
• Compatibility: standard 150 mm sanding machines and pads

How to use

Attach a 150 mm Bosch Expert C470 sanding sheet to a compatible disc sander or sanding pad according to the tool manufacturer’s instructions, ensuring secure fastening before starting. Start sanding with moderate pressure and let the abrasive do the work; excessive force can reduce sheet life and create uneven removal. Move the sander steadily across the surface and check progress frequently. Replace the sheet when cutting performance drops or the abrasive surface becomes clogged or worn.

Recommendations

For best results on painted or varnished surfaces, begin with the Bosch Expert C470 K40 to remove coatings quickly, then progress to finer grits to refine the surface. Use appropriate personal protective equipment, including eye protection, dust mask and hearing protection. For metal work, monitor heat build-up and avoid prolonged dwelling in one spot to prevent surface damage.
