Replacement circular saw blade Bosch 2 608 640 692 is designed for cutting and shaping construction wood. With a 35 mm diameter and 2.5 mm thickness, this accessory fits compatible compact power saws used in carpentry and construction tasks. The blade is intended to provide consistent cutting performance for straight and accurate cuts in soft and structural timber when installed on appropriate tools.

Advantages

The blade's compact diameter and moderate thickness balance cutting precision with durability, enabling predictable feed and reduced vibration on small-format saws. Its construction suits repeated cuts in construction wood and offers simple mounting for quick replacement during on-site work. The design minimizes tearing on typical wood fibers and supports stable cutting behavior under normal operating conditions.

Suitable for

• Cutting and trimming construction timber and boards
• Carpentry tasks with compact circular saws and multi-tools that accept 35 mm blades
• On-site woodworking where a small-diameter, robust blade is required

Key specifications

• Diameter: 35 mm
• Thickness: 2.5 mm
• Material compatibility: construction wood and common softwoods
• Intended use: straight cuts and trimming in carpentry and construction applications

How to use

Ensure the power tool is disconnected from power before fitting the blade. Mount the blade on the machine's arbor following the tool manufacturer's instructions, making sure the blade is seated correctly and the locking mechanism is secure. Verify blade rotation direction aligns with the saw's indicated rotation. Adjust cutting depth and secure the workpiece before making a test cut on scrap material to confirm alignment and cut quality. Replace the blade if signs of wear, chipping, or reduced cutting performance appear.

Recommendations

Use appropriate personal protective equipment—eye and hearing protection, gloves, and dust mask—when cutting wood. Match blade speed and feed rate to the material to avoid overheating or burning. Clean and inspect the blade regularly and store it dry to prevent corrosion.
