Hojas de sierra circular Bosch Optiline Wood 2608640442

The Bosch Optiline Wood Circular Saw Blade (MPN 2608640442, EAN 3165140317405) is a precision blade for cutting all types of wood and wood-based materials. Its base plate is manufactured from dimensionally stable SK5 hardened steel (> 40 HRC) and the precision-ground carbide teeth with ATB (Alternate Top Bevel) geometry provide clean, accurate cuts. Expansion slots in the blade body reduce vibration, lower noise and limit heat build-up during use. The blade is compatible with hand-held circular saws, mitre saws, sliding mitre saws and table saws.

Advantages

The Optiline Wood blade combines a hardened SK5 steel core with precision-ground carbide teeth to ensure durability and cutting accuracy. ATB tooth geometry produces fine, splinter-reduced cuts when a high tooth count is used and faster, more aggressive cuts with fewer teeth. Built-in expansion slots minimise vibration and noise and help control temperature rise, extending blade life and improving cut consistency.

Suitable for

• Cross-cutting and ripping in solid wood
• Cutting plywood, MDF and other wood-based panels
• Use in hand-held circular saws
• Use in mitre, sliding mitre and table saws

How to use

Install the Bosch Optiline Wood blade on a compatible saw according to the machine manufacturer's instructions, ensuring correct mounting direction and secure fastening. Check blade runout and alignment before cutting. Choose a blade variant with a higher tooth count for finer, splinter-minimised cuts and a lower tooth count for faster, rougher cuts. Feed the material at a steady rate, avoid forcing the blade and allow the saw to reach full speed before engaging the cut. After use, clean off resin and dust and inspect the cutting edges for wear.

Recommendations

For best results, match the blade tooth count to the workpiece and cutting type: high tooth count for fine cross-cuts and panel work, lower tooth count for ripping and fast through-cuts. Always follow safety instructions for your saw, use appropriate personal protective equipment, and avoid overheating the blade by allowing cooling pauses during extended cutting.
