Built into a rugged, edge-to-edge glass bezel the ProLite OTF1616MC-B1 guarantees high durability and scratch-resistance, making it perfect for high use public facing applications. Landscape, portrait and face-up orientation ensure flexibility in any type of installation. It offers a brightness of up to 935 cd/m², the content displayed will be visible even in very bright environments. The anti-glare display is UV resistant and IP65 protected, ensuring durability against sunlight, dust and water resistance from the front, additionally it can operate in temperatures ranging from -20˚C up to +60˚C. The anti-fingerprint coating ensures a smoother touch. A reliable solution for pick-up points and kiosks. A proximity sensor turns off the screen when no one is present, an ambient light sensor adjusts screen brightness, and a temperature sensor controls fan speed for cooling, resulting in energy savings and extended product durability. For ease of integration, the ProLite OTF1616MC-B1 can be equipped with optional external mounting brackets ( OMK5-1 ) making it an ideal solution for kiosk integrators, industrial environments, control rooms and interactive multi-media.
High-brightness
The display offers a brightness of up to 935 cd/m², so that the content displayed on the screen is clearly visible even in very bright environments.
Smart sensors
A proximity sensor turns the screen off after a while when it detects no one in the environment, an ambient light sensor adjusts the screen brightness when ambient light changes, and a temperature sensor linearly controls the fan speed, cooling the monitor when the temperature rises, resulting in energy savings and extends the durability of the product.
Environmental resistance
The monitor offers comprehensive protection against various ambient conditions. With UV resistance and IP65 protection, it is safeguarded against sunlight and resulting in dust and water resistance from the front. Additionally, it can operate reliably in temperatures ranging from -20˚C to 60˚C, making it capable of withstanding large temperature variations.
Anti-fingerprint coating
This special Nano coating ensures a smoother touch and less resistance in the swipe. It makes the screen less static and susceptible to dirt, dust, fingerprints and it improves the clarity of the content displayed on the screen.
Open frame brackets
This open frame monitor can be equipped with optional external mounting brackets. It guarantees easy installation and makes it an ideal solution for kiosk integrators and In-store Retail.
How to use
Install the display in the required orientation (landscape, portrait or face-up) and, if needed, attach the optional OMK5-1 external mounting brackets for secure mounting. Connect power and signal cables following the integrator or installer instructions. Configure sensor settings so the proximity sensor can turn the screen off when not in use and the ambient light sensor can adjust brightness automatically. Ensure the installation site meets the operating temperature range and provides appropriate ventilation for cooling when required.
Recommendations
For outdoor or semi-outdoor installations, position the display to minimize direct exposure to extreme weather despite its IP65 front protection and UV resistance. Regularly clean the glass surface with a soft, lint-free cloth and non-abrasive cleaner to maintain the anti-fingerprint and anti-glare properties. Use the optional OMK5-1 brackets for secure, long-term mounting in kiosks and high-traffic environments.
