Krolik 140 Plus is a wide, comfortable rabbit cage from FERPLAST that provides a roomy home for a pet rabbit. The unit is supplied as a knock-down system with both the wire mesh and plastic base packaged flat to save space during transport. The design of the plastic base without outward flares maximizes living space while keeping the product compact for shipping. The cage measures approximately 1420 mm in width, 600 mm in depth and 500 mm in height and comes in a grey and red colour combination.

Advantages

The Krolik 140 Plus consists of a main cage with a detachable 40 cm extension, allowing conversion between an extended habitat and a classic single-unit rabbit cage. The extension includes a removable wooden house with an opening roof and a metal hook for closure, providing a private shelter for the animal. The product is easy to assemble with sides that click onto the base and features large front and side openings for straightforward cleaning and access. Supplied accessories include a small plastic house with bowl, a partition with steps, a hay feeder and a drinking bottle. The cage components are made from recycled industrial and post-consumer materials.

Place the removable wooden house, plastic house and accessories inside the habitat according to the rabbit's needs, ensuring the hay feeder and drinking bottle are securely fixed and reachable. Use the large frontal or side openings to place or remove the animal and to perform daily cleaning and bedding changes. For cleaning the wooden house, open its roof and remove it from the cage; clean plastic parts with mild soap and water and allow them to dry before reassembly.

Recommendations

Position the cage on a stable, level surface indoors away from direct drafts and extreme temperatures. Regularly check fastenings, the drinking bottle and feeder for proper operation, and provide daily exercise outside the cage in a safe area. Replace bedding and clean the base frequently to maintain hygiene.
