Key specifications

• Set composition: 5 crimping tools designed for different cable/connector sizes
• Overall dimensions (approx.): width 345 mm × depth 80 mm × length 280 mm
• Handle design: ergonomic grips for improved control and comfort
• Construction: robust metal bodies with corrosion-resistant finish
• Intended use: manual crimping of insulated and non-insulated cable connectors

How to use

Select the appropriate crimper from the set that matches the cable and connector size. Position the stripped cable conductor in the connector, align the connector between the crimper jaws and apply steady pressure until the crimp is complete. Inspect the crimp visually and, if necessary, perform a pull test to ensure mechanical integrity. Maintain a stable grip and use a controlled motion to avoid damaging insulation or connectors.

Recommendations

Regularly inspect tool jaws for wear and clean contact surfaces after use. Use the correct crimper for the connector size to ensure reliable electrical and mechanical connections. Store the set dry and protected from corrosive environments to maintain performance.
