Juego de brocas para madera KWB 514100 8 piezas para madera

Drill bit set KWB 514100 — eight high-quality wood drill bits made from chrome-vanadium (CrV) steel, with ground spirals, chemical black finish and round shanks. Each bit has a centre point and shoulder cutter and features a two-phase spiral geometry designed for concentric running and accurate, break-out free holes in soft and hardwoods. Industrial quality suitable for professional and DIY woodworking tasks.

Advantages

The CrV steel construction and ground spirals provide durability and precise cutting performance. The centre point and shoulder cutter ensure clean hole entry and exit with minimal tear-out. Two-phase spirals promote concentric running for stable drilling and efficient chip removal. Chemical black finish offers corrosion resistance and a uniform surface.

How to use

Select the appropriate bit size for the required hole. Secure the workpiece and clamp if necessary. Fit the round shank into the drill chuck and tighten firmly. Start drilling at low speed to engage the centre point, then increase speed as needed while maintaining steady pressure. Withdraw the bit periodically to clear chips for deep holes. After drilling, remove any remaining fibres around the hole with light sanding if required.

Recommendations

Use appropriate personal protective equipment (eye protection and hearing protection). For best results, use a sharp, undamaged bit and match drilling speed to the wood species: lower speeds for hardwoods, higher speeds for softwoods. Keep bits clean and store them dry to prevent corrosion.
