Juego de herramientas para juntas tóricas gedore red 3301548, 4 piezas, longitud 135 mm

Hand tool set for installing and removing O-rings, made by gedore red. The set contains four 135 mm long tools designed for precise manipulation of seals in automotive, hydraulic and industrial maintenance. Each tool has a shaped tip and ergonomic shaft to provide control during assembly and disassembly while minimising damage to rings and surrounding components.

Advantages

The four-piece set offers a range of tip shapes for access to different seal grooves and housings, reducing the need for improvised tools. Tools are 135 mm long to reach recessed seals and provide leverage without excessive force. Robust construction ensures repeatable performance and resistance to bending during routine maintenance. The design helps protect O-rings and mating surfaces from nicks and scratches, supporting longer component life and fewer seal failures.

Suitable for

• Automotive seal replacement and repair
• Hydraulic and pneumatic system maintenance
• Industrial machinery servicing and assembly
• General workshop and field service tasks involving O-rings and small seals

Key specifications

• Number of tools: 4
• Length: 135 mm per tool
• Material: hardened tool steel with protective finish (typical for hand tools of this class)
• Tip variety: multiple tip shapes for insertion, extraction and repositioning of O-rings
• Handle: straight ergonomic shaft for controlled manipulation

How to use

Select the tool tip that best matches the seal profile and access conditions. Position the tip behind or next to the O-ring, apply steady controlled leverage to lift or guide the ring from its groove, and avoid sharp twisting that could cut the seal. For installation, use the tool to guide the O-ring into the groove evenly, checking for correct seating around the full circumference. Work in a clean area and inspect both the seal and groove for debris or damage before reassembly.

Recommendations

Use light to moderate force and match tip geometry to the O-ring size; lubricate seals where required by the application and replace any O-ring that shows nicks, cracks or deformation. Store tools dry and clean to retain performance; inspect tips before use to avoid accidental damage to seals.
