Juego de sierras de corona KWB 498720 7 piezas

Hole Saw Set KWB 498720 7 pcs contains seven hole saws mounted on a heavy zinc die-casting carrier plate. The saw rims are made of hardened spring steel and the tooth tips are inductively hardened; patented flutes improve cutting speed and performance. The set is designed for drilling clean holes in wood, plastic-coated wood, hardwood, chipboard, gypsum plasterboard, lightweight building boards, plastic and copper, and is supplied in a blister for convenient storage and transport.

Advantages

The hardened spring steel rims and inductively hardened tooth tips ensure durability and consistent cutting performance. The heavy zinc die-cast carrier plate provides stable mounting and easy handling. Patented flute geometry increases cutting speed and chip evacuation, resulting in faster, cleaner holes. The blister pack keeps components organised and portable.

How to use

Select the appropriate hole saw size for the required opening and secure it to a compatible arbor or drill mandrel. Clamp the workpiece as needed to prevent movement. Start drilling at low speed to position the saw, then increase speed according to the material—use lower speeds for metals and hardwood, higher speeds for softwood and plastics. Apply steady, even pressure and clear chips when necessary to avoid clogging the flutes. After cutting, remove the hole saw and deburr the hole if required.

Recommendations

For prolonged tool life, avoid excessive side pressure and overheating. Use cutting lubricant when drilling non-ferrous metals like copper, and clear chips frequently when cutting dense materials. Store the set in its blister pack to protect the teeth and keep parts together.
